Terms and Conditions

  1. “You”, “your” and “user” means the person who has accepted these conditions by entering the vehicle into the parking lot. All users, having accepted these conditions, whether by the act of entering the vehicle into the parking lot, parking the vehicle within the parking lot ParKING – Zagreb airport, or in any other way, shall be deemed to do so on their own initiative and/or the initiative of any third party they represent.

  2. “Vehicle” means any vehicle that has entered the parking space ParKING – Zagreb airport, and which has any mechanical device on wheels, with associated equipment or accessories (including vehicles with a trailer), vans, mini buses and camping vehicles, i.e. vehicles longer than 6 meters and up to 288 cm in height measuring from the lane, – and / or vehicles that have more than 9 seats (including the driver’s) and less than 55 seats;

  3. By entering our parking lot, you accept these terms of use. The conditions of use of the parking lot are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia and in case of any dispute the Croatian courts have exclusive jurisdiction. These terms of Use represent the entire contractual relationship between you and us in terms of the use of the ParKING lot ParKING – airport Zagreb.

  4. We are responsible for managing the parking lot ParKING – airport Zagreb with due care during which our responsibility is limited as further stated, and ParKING – airport Zagreb has no other responsibility towards you.

  5. Unless expressly provided for by applicable regulations, in no case shall we be liable for any damage to you, including but not limited to damage, loss or alienation of your vehicle, as well as accessories or contents from your vehicle while your vehicle is in the parking area ParKING – Zagreb airport as well as for indirect or consequential losses including, but not limited to, elapsed benefit, loss of income, loss of data or loss of earnings.

  6. In no case are we responsible for the consequences of the action of force majeure or for the consequences of events on which ParKING – airport Zagreb has no influence or over which it has no control. For example, events such as: war or threat of war, unrest, strikes, industrial actions, terrorist threats or activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, epidemics, pandemics, adverse weather conditions (hail, stormy weather, etc.), earthquake, volcanic eruption or spreading of volcanic ash, or any other similar event beyond our control.

  7. Please note that parking lot ParKING – Zagreb airport is accessible to everyone and ParKING – Zagreb airport cannot prevent violent entry of individuals who access the parking lot at the official entrance and in accordance with the provisions of these Terms, and ParKING – Zagreb airport will not be held responsible for the behavior of individuals who enter the parking lot. Furthermore, ParKING – Zagreb airport cannot guarantee the safety of your vehicle, accessories or items left in your vehicle, so parking your vehicle in the parking lot ParKING – Zagreb airport is at your own risk.

  8. When you park your vehicle in the parking lot ParKING – Zagreb airport and, before leaving the parking lot, you are obliged to do the following::
    * safely lock your vehicle;
    * completely close all windows and roof openings of your vehicle;
    * properly brake your vehicle with Handbrake;
    * turn on an alarm or immobilizer in your vehicle, if your vehicle is equipped with the same;
    * do not leave the animal(s) or person(s) for which you are responsible unattended in your vehicle;
    * remove items that are in your vehicle out of sight of passersby in closed drawers or closed cargo area of your vehicle.

  9. ParKING – Zagreb airport is not responsible for any form of alienation or damage caused to your vehicle in cases where the same result is due to your failure to comply with these conditions.

  10. ParKING-Zagreb airport does not receive items of parking users for the purpose of storing them or any other purpose.

  11. You are fully responsible ParKING-airport Zagreb for all damages caused by ParKING-airport Zagreb, which are a consequence of your actions in the parking area ParKING – airport Zagreb, in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

  12. During the use of the parking space ParKING – Zagreb airport you are obliged to drive safely and comply with all rules and respect all signage and instructions. Also, in the parking space, you are obliged to take care of the movement of animals and persons for whom you are responsible, which must be under your control at all times of movement in the parking space.

The following activities are not allowed in the parking space ParKING-Zagreb airport
Prohibited activities:

  1. providing vehicle cleaning or repair services and providing any other services or performing any other business activities;
  2. filling or emptying your vehicle’s fuel tank;
  3. harmful action of any kind in any part of the parking lot and any misuse of the parking lot;
  4. parking outside the designated parking spaces or contrary to the instructions of the airport representative;
  5. driving the parking space outside the marked roads and above the prescribed speed limit of vehicles in the parking lot;
  6. making any noise, including loud music, in a way that disturbs other parking users or other people in the surrounding area
  7. shooting or photographing for commercial purposes or for the purpose of promoting any part of the parking lot or any part of the parking lot – Zagreb airport as well as conducting market research (survey), without prior written consent (Commercial Affairs and marketing sector);

In case of performing previously specified prohibited activities ParKING – Zagreb airport reserves the right to request that you pay the full use of the parking lot, and immediately leave the parking lot.
